Registration and Account Access
Start practicing without waiting for manual account creation.
How do I create a student account?
Open Create Account, enter your name, email, mobile number, city and a secure password, then accept the policies. Free trial access starts immediately.
What should I do if I forget my password?
Use Forgot Password on the sign-in page. A one-time reset link is sent to the registered email address and expires after a limited time.
Can I change my password after signing in?
Yes. Open Account from the student navigation and choose a new password containing at least one letter and one number.
Can I share my account?
No. Each account is personal. Sharing credentials affects reports, leaderboard results and account security, and may lead to access restrictions.
Packages, Payments and Renewals
Choose the access period that matches your preparation plan.
What is included in free access?
Free access lets you explore the platform through the trial question bank, practice tests, results and basic performance tools.
How do I purchase a paid package?
Open Pricing, choose a package, select a listed payment method, enter the transaction reference and upload payment proof when available. The order appears under My Orders.
When is paid access activated?
Access is activated after the administrator verifies the payment details. The order status and any review note are visible in your account.
How do renewals work?
A new approved time-limited package extends an active paid period. Automatic recurring billing is not enabled unless the platform later introduces a verified payment mandate with student consent.
Can I use a coupon or referral code?
Valid coupons can be entered during checkout. A referral code may be entered during registration, and applicable rewards are processed after an eligible paid order is approved.
What is the refund process?
Open a support ticket with the order number, payment reference and reason. Requests are reviewed according to the published Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Tests and Practice Tools
Use ready-made papers or build focused practice.
What test formats are available?
The platform supports 100-mark and 50-mark exam-style papers, mixed practice, category and topic tests, daily quizzes, mistake practice and reattempts.
Is negative marking available?
Yes. Exam-style papers can apply the displayed negative-marking rule. Custom tests let you choose the available marking preference before starting.
Can I save questions for revision?
Yes. Bookmark useful questions from result pages and review them later from the Bookmarks section.
Can I practice questions I answered incorrectly?
Yes. Use mistake practice from the dashboard to build a test from previously incorrect answers when enough eligible questions are available.
Can I report a poor or incorrect MCQ?
Yes. Report factual errors, ambiguity, weak distractors, outdated information or category problems. The report enters the administrator’s editorial queue.
Results, Reports and Progress

Will I see answers and explanations?
Yes. After submission, the result page shows your selected answer, the correct answer and the available explanation for each question.
What does the performance report show?
Reports summarize score, accuracy, attempt rate, category performance, strong areas and topics that need more revision.
Can I review earlier tests?
Yes. Previous tests remain linked to your account so you can reopen results and compare progress over time.
How does the practice streak work?
The dashboard uses submitted-test activity to show recent consistency. A daily goal can also be saved in preparation preferences.
